STORM DAMAGE RESTORATION

Texas leads the country in hail events, and the I-35 corridor through Grayson, Collin, and Denton counties takes a disproportionate share of them.

A storm loss almost always starts at the roof and finishes somewhere inside the building. We handle both ends of it.

ROOF FIRST, THEN EVERYTHING UNDER IT

Hail bruises shingle mats and fractures membrane; wind lifts edges and strips ridge caps. Neither necessarily leaks the first night, which is why so much storm damage is discovered in the second or third rain — by then water has been in the deck and insulation for weeks.

Our inspection covers the roof, the attic side, the elevations, the gutters, and the interior. If the roof needs to come off, that is a roof replacement job and we run it as one continuous project with the interior repairs.

WHAT ELSE THE STORM HIT

COMMONLY DAMAGED IN THE SAME EVENT

  • Gutters, downspouts, and fascia
  • Siding, soffit, and window wraps
  • Skylights, vents, and rooftop HVAC units
  • Fencing and detached structures
  • Interior ceilings, insulation, and flooring from intrusion

STORM CHASERS, AND HOW TO NOT HIRE ONE

After every major hail line, out-of-state crews arrive, knock doors, and leave before the first warranty call. Ask any contractor for a physical local address, proof of insurance, references from the same county, and who answers the phone in eighteen months. Texas does not license roofing contractors at the state level — anyone can call themselves a roofer here — so those questions do more work than a license claim ever could.

HOW WE DOCUMENT IT FOR YOUR CARRIER

We are contractors, not public adjusters. Texas law is clear that a contractor working on your property cannot adjust your claim, and we don't pretend otherwise. What we do is build the record your carrier needs: dated photographs of every affected area, written scope of work, moisture readings logged over time, and a room-by-room inventory when contents are involved.

We meet your adjuster on site so the scope conversation happens with everyone looking at the same roof and the same readings. Where your policy allows, we bill your carrier directly so you are not floating the job on a credit card.

ONE CALL HANDLES THE WHOLE LOSS

A loss rarely stays in one category. These are the pieces most often attached to this one — same company, same file, same schedule.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I know if my roof has hail damage?
Often you cannot see it from the ground. Granule loss in gutters, dented soft metals, and bruised mats visible only on the roof are the tells. We inspect free and give you a photo report whether you hire us or not.
How long do I have to file a hail claim in Texas?
Most policies set a deadline measured from the date of loss, and Texas law has its own notice requirements. Read your policy and notify your carrier promptly — waiting a season is how covered damage becomes disputed damage.

FREE INSPECTION. WRITTEN REPORT EITHER WAY.

We walk the property, photograph what we find, and hand you a written report whether you hire us or not.

One property per customer, minor repairs only, materials on hand, at inspector's discretion, subject to safe roof access. Offer terms subject to confirmation.
