We kept watching people get handed between four contractors during the worst week of their year. The roofer would not touch the water. The water crew would not move the furniture. The flooring company could not start until the contents were gone. Somebody had to photograph all of it for the adjuster, and that somebody was usually the homeowner.

So we built one company that does the roof, the structure, and the contents. One number, one crew accountable, one paper trail.

We hold an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and we have a physical office in this market. After a hail line, that is worth more than any slogan — the crews that leave the state in June do not answer warranty calls in December.
