COMMERCIAL ROOFING

A commercial roof failure is a business interruption before it is a building problem. Inventory, tenants, equipment, and lease obligations are all downstream of a membrane seam.

We install, repair, coat, and maintain low-slope and metal commercial roofs across Grayson, Collin, and Denton counties.

SYSTEMS WE WORK ON

LOW-SLOPE AND METAL

  • TPO — reflective, cost-effective, the default on new retail and warehouse
  • PVC — chemical and grease resistant, for restaurants and manufacturing
  • EPDM — durable ballasted and mechanically attached systems
  • Modified bitumen and built-up repair and replacement
  • Standing seam and R-panel metal
  • Fluid-applied coatings and waterproofing

WORKING AROUND AN OPERATING BUILDING

We phase commercial work by section, sequence tear-off so no area is left open overnight, coordinate with tenants and property managers on access and noise windows, and keep rooftop HVAC and gas lines protected and running.

For multi-property owners we run the whole portfolio on one schedule with one point of contact and one reporting format.

AND IF WATER GOT IN

Commercial water losses move fast through drop ceilings, electrical, and stock. Our restoration division extracts, dries, and handles contents and inventory, so a membrane failure does not become a general contractor search.

HOW WE DOCUMENT IT FOR YOUR CARRIER

We are contractors, not public adjusters. Texas law is clear that a contractor working on your property cannot adjust your claim, and we don't pretend otherwise. What we do is build the record your carrier needs: dated photographs of every affected area, written scope of work, moisture readings logged over time, and a room-by-room inventory when contents are involved.

We meet your adjuster on site so the scope conversation happens with everyone looking at the same roof and the same readings. Where your policy allows, we bill your carrier directly so you are not floating the job on a credit card.

ONE CALL HANDLES THE WHOLE LOSS

A loss rarely stays in one category. These are the pieces most often attached to this one — same company, same file, same schedule.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can you re-cover instead of tearing off?
Sometimes. Codes generally allow a limited number of roof layers, and the existing system has to be dry and structurally sound. A core sample and moisture survey answers it — we will not recommend a re-cover over a wet system.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance?
Yes, and it is usually the cheapest line item in a facility budget. See our commercial roof maintenance program.

FREE INSPECTION. WRITTEN REPORT EITHER WAY.

We walk the property, photograph what we find, and hand you a written report whether you hire us or not.

One property per customer, minor repairs only, materials on hand, at inspector's discretion, subject to safe roof access. Offer terms subject to confirmation.
