We run two dispatch points — Plano for the DFW side and Sherman for Grayson County — so response times stay short at both ends of the I-35 corridor.
Sherman, Denison, Van Alstyne, Howe, Whitesboro, Pottsboro, Bells, and Gunter. Grayson sits at the north end of the hail corridor and takes storms that have already crossed open country, which tends to mean wind damage alongside impact.
McKinney, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Melissa, Anna, Allen, and Wylie. Dense newer construction, a great deal of it roofed within the same few years, which means whole neighborhoods reach end of service life together.
Denton, Little Elm, Lewisville, Flower Mound, The Colony, Sanger, Aubrey, Pilot Point, and Cross Roads. Lake-adjacent wind exposure and a large multi-family and commercial inventory.
