RESTORATION

RESTORATION FROM THE ROOF DOWN

A large loss is not one job. It is mitigation, contents, structural repair, and usually a roof — and most property owners end up managing four companies that have never worked together.

Ascent runs all four. That is what from the roof down means in practice.

THE FOUR PIECES OF A LOSS

Every handoff between those four pieces is a place where a schedule slips or documentation goes missing. Keeping them under one project manager is not a marketing line; it is the reason a job finishes in weeks instead of seasons.

WHAT WE COVER IN-HOUSE

  • Emergency mitigation — tarping, board-up, extraction
  • Contents — inventory, pack-out, cleaning, storage, pack-back
  • Structure — drying, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, paint
  • Roof — repair, replacement, commercial membrane and coatings

RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL, SMALL AND TOTAL

A one-room supply-line leak and a total-loss commercial fire are the same process at different scale: stop it, document it, move the contents, dry it, rebuild it. We run both, and we run multi-property portfolios for owners and facility managers across North Texas.

HOW WE DOCUMENT IT FOR YOUR CARRIER

We are contractors, not public adjusters. Texas law is clear that a contractor working on your property cannot adjust your claim, and we don't pretend otherwise. What we do is build the record your carrier needs: dated photographs of every affected area, written scope of work, moisture readings logged over time, and a room-by-room inventory when contents are involved.

We meet your adjuster on site so the scope conversation happens with everyone looking at the same roof and the same readings. Where your policy allows, we bill your carrier directly so you are not floating the job on a credit card.

ONE CALL HANDLES THE WHOLE LOSS

A loss rarely stays in one category. These are the pieces most often attached to this one — same company, same file, same schedule.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you work directly with insurance carriers?
We provide a written scope with photo documentation, meet your adjuster on site, and bill your carrier directly where your policy allows. We do not adjust claims — Texas law prohibits a contractor from acting as a public adjuster on property it is working on.
Can you handle the roof and the interior on the same claim?
Yes, and that is the point. One scope covers the roof replacement and the interior restoration, so the sequence is planned instead of negotiated between two companies.

FREE INSPECTION. WRITTEN REPORT EITHER WAY.

We walk the property, photograph what we find, and hand you a written report whether you hire us or not.

One property per customer, minor repairs only, materials on hand, at inspector's discretion, subject to safe roof access. Offer terms subject to confirmation.
