ROOF REPAIR & HAIL DAMAGE REPAIR

Most leaks are not holes in the field of the roof. They are flashing, penetrations, valleys, and transitions — details that were rushed once and have been failing quietly ever since.

We find the actual source, repair it, and tell you honestly whether the roof has more of those coming.

WHAT WE REPAIR

COMMON REPAIRS

  • Wind-lifted shingles and missing ridge cap
  • Hail-bruised sections and cracked mats
  • Pipe boots, vents, and rooftop unit curbs
  • Chimney, sidewall, and valley flashing
  • Skylight seals and curbs
  • Membrane seams, punctures, and drain details
  • Decking replacement where rot has started

A LEAK IS AN INTERIOR PROBLEM TOO

By the time a ceiling stains, water has been in the assembly for a while. Insulation is compressed and wet, framing has taken moisture, and the cavity is a candidate for microbial growth. Patching the roof and painting the ceiling does not dry what is behind the drywall.

We check the interior at the same visit and, when readings warrant it, run extraction and monitored drying before anything gets closed up.

WHEN REPAIR IS THE WRONG ANSWER

If a roof is at the end of its service life, has widespread hail bruising, or has been repaired three times in two years, another repair is money spent to delay the same conversation. We will show you the photos and say so.

HOW WE DOCUMENT IT FOR YOUR CARRIER

We are contractors, not public adjusters. Texas law is clear that a contractor working on your property cannot adjust your claim, and we don't pretend otherwise. What we do is build the record your carrier needs: dated photographs of every affected area, written scope of work, moisture readings logged over time, and a room-by-room inventory when contents are involved.

We meet your adjuster on site so the scope conversation happens with everyone looking at the same roof and the same readings. Where your policy allows, we bill your carrier directly so you are not floating the job on a credit card.

ONE CALL HANDLES THE WHOLE LOSS

A loss rarely stays in one category. These are the pieces most often attached to this one — same company, same file, same schedule.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can you repair a roof in the rain?
We can stabilize and tarp in the rain. Permanent repairs need a dry, safe deck, so we close the building first and schedule the repair as soon as conditions allow.
How much does a roof repair cost?
Small flashing and boot repairs are typically a few hundred dollars; structural decking work and large membrane sections run higher. You get a written number before work starts.

FREE INSPECTION. WRITTEN REPORT EITHER WAY.

We walk the property, photograph what we find, and hand you a written report whether you hire us or not.

One property per customer, minor repairs only, materials on hand, at inspector's discretion, subject to safe roof access. Offer terms subject to confirmation.
